VL.Cepher
Project hub · Lab Diamonds

Welcome, Rachel & Niva.

Everything for the Lab Diamonds launch is here. Open anything and react by voice or text on WhatsApp. Each new round will appear here too.

How this was made. Sean gave an AI (Claude, by Anthropic) your nine voice notes, the VL.Cepher and Vetra websites and the Hermès page you sent. He asked it for:
  • product page designs to choose from, built on your real pieces
  • new photos of those pieces (more angles, on a model)
  • the Lab Diamonds page
  • previews of the holiday ads
  • research on how top jewellery houses sell lab-grown diamonds
  • a plan for measuring what sells
The AI made everything on this page in one day. It's a set of options to react to, not a finished store.

Where we are

What to look at

The easiest way to give feedback

Record yourselves going through the pages together, like a meeting. Talk to each other, disagree, think out loud. The AI watches the recording, takes the notes and makes the next round.

On a Mac (simplest, nothing to install)

  1. Press Shift + Command + 5.
  2. Click Options and choose the MacBook microphone. Without this step there's no sound.
  3. Click Record Entire Screen, then click anywhere on the screen.
  4. Go through the pages. To stop, click ■ in the top menu bar.

Do a 20-second test first. Record yourselves saying hello, stop, and play it back. Check you can hear both voices and see the screen. Then start the real one.

Or with Zoom

  1. Open the Zoom app on the computer and start a New meeting, just the two of you.
  2. Share screen and pick the browser window.
  3. Record → Record on this computer. When you end the meeting, Zoom saves the video in Documents › Zoom.

Google Meet can't record on a free Gmail account, so use the Mac or Zoom.

Then send it

Send the video to Sean on WhatsApp. If it's big, attach it as a Document, or share it from Google Drive.

What to talk through (10–15 minutes)

  1. Product pages. Open the ring and switch A → E, then the pendant. Which one would make you buy?
  2. Photo directions. Which of the six (say the number) feels like VL.Cepher? Would you mix two?
  3. Photos. Which feel like VL.Cepher, and which feel off?
  4. Lab Diamonds page. Too much, too little, or right?
  5. Ads. Which one would stop your thumb?
  6. Questions page. Answer what you can out loud.
  7. Anything that feels “not us”.

Say the page and the layout letter out loud as you go. It makes the notes sharper.

No time to record? Send Sean one long WhatsApp voice note that covers everything on the list above. One round of feedback at a time works best.

Nothing here is live on your store. These are previews to choose from.
